Ranked Que Problems

I am currently using the newest beta that rolled out a few days ago. The last couple of times I've been in champion select, no champions come up for me to select, for banning nor for choosing my champion. Because of it, I have been penalized when it's not my fault. I just want Riot to know that this is happening. Thanks!
