[PRACTICE TOOL] "Reset Game" does not reset the intial Rift Scuttler (double) spawn

When in the practice tool, the "reset game" button does not reset the Rift Scuttlers to respawn in both sections of the river. The Rift Scuttler will only spawn in both spots once (after launching the practice tool initially). But not by resetting the game via the "reset game" button. This is frustrating to me because I wanted to try out different jungle starting routes, and was not able to do so at all, because of this bug. The practice tool is basically unusable for this purpose at the moment.
