i think so.

i just lost a game. didnt do great, didnt to horrible. lost 10 lp

then won a game. did great. only guy on team with an S. won 0 lp. and rank/lvl/mastery wise my team was at a disadvantage

i literally did the same, same KDA but i only got 12lp for the win (im losing like 21lp too which really sucks)
