Unable to buy Kled with IP

I have 7854 IP and Kled is 7800. When I select to unlock him with IP, I get an error message saying: "Your purchase could not be completed at this time".

This is the first time I've ever saved enough IP for a champ that is that expensive in IP because I really wanted to play him :(
