Not even sure if this is actually a bug or if it is intended game mechanics, but I can not find anything specifically in tool tips to suggest it is intended. I was questioning if the Warwick Q going through Azir ult was a bug, but as TheLastShadow45 explained, it is not a bug, although it is ridiculously annoying.

Since the video clearly isn't long enough I'm going to guess.
Azir ulted and then WW ulted but WW still went through? If yes then no bug here. If no then there is a bug since WW cannot be dissabled while leaping and Azir ult will normally bounce people off of it.
