[CLIENT]Skin not delivered to friend

Hi ! Might be the wrong location to post this, if so, I'm sorry. I've never had a need to post a request for help in the past 7-8 years of playtime., and hopefully this will be solved pretty soon so that we can forget about this altogether !!! My issue is, I gifted a skin to my friend and it didn't reach him. I checked my gifting history and found out that the Recipient is shown as "unknown". Is this normal ? I've already raised a ticket for this, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has faced this problem.
