Blue Boxes with external antialiasing on.

Hi guys.

Since 4.20 patch, if I force external antialiasing, this happens when ingame. It is really unconfortable, and i've seen more people with this problem. Any workaround / fix out there yet?

i5 4670k. NVIDIA GTX 660. 4GB Ram.

Maybe it is a NVIDIA chipset glitch, but i'd like to read some responses, game looks really ugly without antialiasing.

Now, you said you don't want to force AA, but with this topic up again I'm going to post the current workarounds (including that).

IN LoL FOLDER > CONFIG > GAME

Edit the line "Colors=16" to "Colors=32"

and/or

NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL- 3D SETTINGS

Anisotropic filtering- Application-controlled. Anti-Aliasing FXAA - Off. Antialiasing mode- Application-controlled. Antialiasing Transparency: Off Triple buffering: Off

My config has already 32 colors and I do want to force external antialiasing.

Game just looks horrible without it, and I can't find a solution Amumu

The second workaround you posted is just turning off external antialiasing.

I don't know what antialiasing is, but if I have to do something to get it on, then I don't have it. That being said, I also sometimes see blue boxes like this lol. Not sure if it is all the time or not.

The problem is, i've never seen this blue boxes, until last patch. Not even in the updated Summoner's Rift before, just after 4.20 patch.

I've attached a file, to make you know what antialiasing is.

Hi Guys,

This is a known issue that will be patched in the future, however in the interim there are some workarounds you can try before the patch is implemented (Basically what Valkyrie has posted above)

At this time you have to make the choice between red boxes or changing your settings unfortunately - until this is patched at least.

I am having the same problem, whether I am on either side of the team(blue or purple), I am seeing all these GAINT BOXES whenever my mouse point to them... so annoying and really affect the gameplay especially when you are facing enemies that trying to kill you in a lane that is full of minions... and all you are seeing is these gaint boxes ... which blocks your target sometimes.
