I recently found this bug in URF, but I'm assuming it can be found in normal game modes. When LeBlanc uses her W and then uses W right as the mark disappears she will just W on the spot. It's an extremely small window of time (possibly a few milliseconds) but I have replicated it once on each of the three maps. (Can create video soon to show)
probably a visual bug... Ive played her like 6 tiems yet (dont judge me) and never encoutered this. Ive had issues that her 4 seconds w rapel was too long (caus her w cd is 2 seconds at lvl 5 or like 1.5) so you w q-r-w-w probably so fast you didnt understand what happened (happens alot when you get lvl 5 w and lvl 3 r)

Thing is w cooldown is 2.4 seconds and she has 4 seconds to return to the w Obviously stuff got complicated there
