[GAME/CLIENT] Lost skin from 10th year anniversary

I just returned for S10 and found out that my account, which I played during the 10th year anniversary, didn't have the skin I earned during that period. I received a Demonblade Tryndamere, which is now locked on the account. The only skin I have is the Annie 10 year anniversary.

Is there anything to do?

The only skins you get is a random legendary, which you got Demonblade tryndamere and anniversary annie. You said you have both so i dont see what the issue is?
