i finally found out the answer to the grey launch button. if you are running LOL on windows 7 or 8 you MUST MUST MUST update it to windows 10 in order for your league to work properly again. idk why or how but it works good luck hopefully it works for you and for anyone that i have helped feel free to donate me Rp. It might work, but that's probably not necessary. It's probably a permissions issue (UAC or administrator) that can be fixed without upgrading. Try the easy steps before jumping to the most difficult one.
