RANKED BUG Lol.Client Stop Working on Champion Select

Several Times I have been Ranking and suddenly Games Crashes, Making me not being able to select a Champion and lower my LP. After Bug Lol Client Search for Files and take so long I lose the champ select. ANNOYING.

happens to me every now and again, luckily most of my crashes happen post game

Gets Worse . My Speedtest Results are Great low Ping and Good speed , but ingame get Lag Spikes that doesn´t even let me walk in game. It says sometimes reconnecting and make my Ping change from 90ms to 450ms .It´s unplayable.
