Low priority queue timer issues

I have a problem with the low priority queue timer resetting the timer to 20 everytime it gets to 10 minutes. I am not sure what is going on, but here is a screenshot of the problem [https://postimg.org/image/vxebtf3fp/] . I am supposed to wait only 20 minutes but you can see that the total timer is already more than 20 minutes. Take in consideration that if i was in a lobby picking my champion then the timer dialog shouldnt appear, in which this is not the case. You can see in the screenshot that the timer is at 16 but the total timer is more than 20 (23 minutes in the screenshot) with the timer dialog still appearing. [https://postimg.org/image/vxebtf3fp/]

UPDATE: The timer is again at 20 and the waiting time at 30 minutes with the timer dialog still on screen here is another screenshot [https://postimg.org/image/qyqtf8mvp/]

UPDATE #2: I think the problem triggers when I leave queue once and re-queue since I was able to play once already [https://postimg.org/image/a3bogeox1/].

IMPORTANT: I have resetted the client more than 3 times and even restarted my laptop.

same thing happened to me i didn't know what to do so I just waited. I had to wait 10 times I hope u dont and figured something out

Good, stop leaving games or get a better system or stay the hell out of the que. I hope if there is a problem they don't fix it because those that visit LPQ on a regular basis are the most toxic thing in league.

Left because my internet service was dc´d (multiple reasons for that happening from the user side, if you are going to assume and blame my internet service sucks which had nothing to do).
Dont post before looking at how many games I have played (has nothing to do, but that is a BIG sign of my patience on this game!) because people will rage at you for dumb reasons.
You are assuming that Im toxic and that was not the reason for me leaving the game in the first place.

You only get LPQ for repeated offenses. Make all the excuses you want. You are the problem because you don't take responsibility for YOU. Stay out till you fix it. If your ISP sucks then stay out till you move to a better area. Either way you are at fault because you continue to que up knowing full well your system is trash.

Some people have to leave for reasons other then "being Toxic" ive had to leave games due to family members having seizures and other events, so before you go on a board an immediately start harassing people over wanting to get a bug fixed, mind ur own damn business if you're not going to help.

The reasons you stated will not put you into LPQ. They are emergencies that should be rare. If they are not rare then you have more important responsibilities to attend to rather than playing a game.

Someone with MS can have a seizure at any time, many times more then 1 in a day and what im supposed to use my super powers to predict when they are going to have one?

My mother had MS. She was on medication to control the seizures. Don't sit here and exaggerate stupid shit like they are beyond control.

and not all people react to medication the same way, or are even on the same medication, so dont be stupid and assume everyone is the same.

As long as you don't be stupid and take responsibility for your life problem and stop making it everyone else's by making this excuse for your afk's. I am sorry you have to deal with that but if the problem is as bad as you say it is then maybe you need to play something else where your problem don't affect other people. Continuing to argue this point makes it seems as if you are only making excuses and think that everyone else needs to just deal with something that has nothing to do with them.
