Tried reinstalling league and old league disk space was not removed

After experiencing a bug causing league to open like this, I reinstalled using the hextech repair tool on the website (didnt select clean uninstall) and after resetting my computer. tried to install league again. However, the space league took was still occupied on the computer, meaning I didn't have enough space. No idea what happened, but after trying to uninstall using the tool again, it said it wasn't in the same file location.
