NEW BUG: Runeglaive without smite?

Found a new bug/glitch in lol after the new update. It seems you can now buy Runeglaive even without having the smite (it allows you to buy it). However once you buy it, it wont show up in your items list and you will lose your previous items (say you bought sheen and then upgraded to runeglaive).

I have chkd it twice in rankd games. Chk it out for urself.
