Runes Changed in Game Bug

So my friend and I ran into this bug which causes every person in the game to have their runes changed. I have no idea how this could possibly be reproduced because it happened after everyone had selected their runes in champ select. It isn't as if our runes were unsaved because I never even opened my page to edit them because I played the same champ two games in a row.
