Leblanc proc on Q bug?

Hi, i play a lot Leblanc since her rework but i didnt play that much the last few days. I've just finished a game and i didnt understand the damage on my Q after a jump in. I know that in the last patch Riot nerfed from 120% to 80% dmg of the passive on creeps but here the damage are so low i couldnt even clean a wave. It's not my first game on the patch 6.24 with Leblanc but i've never noticed this so i think it might be a bug. On my screenshot you can see the first target took 609 dmg then the 3 others next to it 242 and finaly the range creeps took 94!! i didnt even kill the last one. I dont know if it's a bug or something else but it's not written in the patch note. I did similar damage all game long it's not only on this move.

Maybe i'm the only one who is not aware of a patch but i was wondering so I ask the question here.
