[CLIENT] Username or password is incorrect bug...

I am 100% using the right username/password. I reset my password to be sure and I am getting the "username or password is incorrect" at the login client. Help fix this please...

I am having the same issue and they can say submit a ticket all day but I never get a response from them. I have tried resetting things but I never get the emails....so if anyone figures this out I'd appreciate it.
