Random Crashes At Start

So I just recently got back into league after say round 3 or so years. What the hell happened? almost every other game I cant play because as soon as it starts the loading screen it crashes. send report or no report "repairing installation" restarts match, crashes, repeat. This is seriously annoying I have also reinstalled the game twice. Any fixes or has Riot gone to shit.
