dunno where to post but on pure 60hz monitor even caping at 60fps you get screen tearing anyway riot could make fps cap to 59 fps ? cuz same even on laptops with 60 fps so i think making cap to 59 fps should fix it chosing v sync on makes champions react bit slower like 0.5 secs http://www.part.lt/img/16369fbb569d4302712d8b6b4557d53a622.PNG
I've had a similar issue since last week. My fps usually sit around 250 at start of match and when minions spawn they drop to about 180-200 which is fine. Recently my game drops between 80-120 fps with very strange screen tearing. My champions don't seem to move smooth anymore. I have a high end pc. I'v ran tracert and it has nothing to do with my connection from my machine or my isp. The game doesn't feel smooth. I can't put my finger on it. Something is going on. I haven't been playing much. It feels like there is some type of lag even thou I'm at 32ms all the time. Maybe some packet loss? Idk but I only get this issue with this game.
The game is experiencing fps issues to many people, not just you and I can assure you its not from you.
My game stutters as well despite having the game played on a high end pc specs, with 144 monitor screen.
I sent a ticket to player support, you should too. I doubt they'll notice or do anything about it here.
