I have been using Anivia for a long time. When you fully extend FF it does not fire immediately since the new up date. PlThe new update to Anivia is buggy. You do not need the new update even if you never used Anivia.
PLEASE FIX ASAP
I am seeing the same functionality, been an Anivia player for years, this patch was just unhelpful.
Yup, I can't even play anivia right now :( I want my best champ back!!!!!!!
There's definitely something wrong with the new update, theres a huge delay in Q, making it hard to time your attack
