Patcher not working

My client was patching, it came to 100% and then it crashed, I got a bugsplat and when I restarted the client patcher was at 0% and not moving no matter how long I leave it.

I tried initiating full repair but the client just closes and nothing happens.

I do not want to re-download the game cause that would take whole day (I have a slow internet and need to use it on other things)

EDIT: I went into hextech repair tool to remove the last patch but that apparently removed all patches and I am now downloading 4gb of patches...
