Some bugs regarding CDR items in BMB.

For not so long ago (July 30:th) I was playing a game of Black Market Brawlers as Soraka, and I encountered a bug regarding the Pox Arcana item (or the lost chapter item ). When I upgraded my into then my CDR went from 25% (masteries =5% and lost chapter = 20%) to 10%. The boots removed 15% CDR instead of applying it. Might be worth taking a look into.
