Can't kill LeagueClient.exe process

Every time I try to dodge the game or switch account or even just close the client, this happens: https://imgur.com/vrSa6w4 And I can’t end this particular 1 process - LeagueClient.exe (even in CMD (even in Process Hacker!!!)). And I just have to restart the computer every time. It's so annoying. Riot fix your fucking client.
