Game Freezes For 2-5 Minutes At The End Of Every Single Game, Why?

I uninstalled the game, restarted my pc in game and out of game i tried everything, hard reset my computer and still, after every single game i play if its AR URF Ranked or Co-op vs ai my game freezes for a short period of time just after pressing the Continue button at the end-of game screen, please help me someone.
