Cannot recconect to the game if the server is under maintenance

Hi, I just played a game and my internet connection cracked for a while… the client was telling me that I should restart it so I did, but when I wanted to quickly log in and get again in game the server status was down. So because of that the team didn't have tank and loose and thinking it's my fault because of leaving… so They will report me and I will get banned or something just because this thing is just not ready to these kind of situations? please I need a feedback on this.
