Visual Clarity on PTA

Honestly, it's not really a bug, just a QoL fix, just wanted to put it on your radar. So watching the video starting around 31 seconds (the link should start there), looking at Caitlyn, the PTA counter is at the bottom of all the graphics layers. A nice QoL improvement would be to move the PTA counter to the top of most layers so a player and/or spectator could more easily see when PTA will proc. Any player worth their salt should be able to counter their autos/abilities landing, but as a spectator it confused me for a second watch. I will admit that I don't know how it interacts with other layers (i.e. champions, wards and their heath, epic monsters, etc), but as a spectator it would be nice to have that more readily available in a fight when I'm watching multiple things, not just fdcusing on Vanye's autos as per the video. But temper the "to the front" command with more important info (i.e. champion health/mana, Baron/Drag health, etc.)

Thanks for hearing my input if this reaches someone's ears. I was just wanted to help out to streamline the spectator experience, as well as, the player experience.

Edit: Also, I don't know how this interacts with spectator camera, I was just inspired after watching that clip to post this.
