[GAMEPLAY] Vi - Flash Q No Longer Working After 4.21 Patch

Vi's channeled q used to allow her to flash without canceling the channel. This combination is all of the following:

-difficult to execute successfully -not game-breaking -central to vi's kit and overall enjoyment

Since this change didn't appear in the 4.21 patch notes I assume this was a bug.

Also happens to any other charge ability IE xerath Q.

I had that problem too. Took me a while to realize it wasn't me who flashed too late. You can really end up in bad situations
