CLIENT CRASH IN LOADING OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER VICTORY/DEFEAT

this error pops up:

SOOOOOOOOOOO this happens almost every game. If not, every few games. It completely freezes league of legends and the only thing i can do is restart my computer.... this randomly started happening after last patch. My client is so messed up sometimes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that did nothing...
