The LOL Client.exe has stopped working/ the pvp.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working [client]

So this happened a while back, but through running the program as an administrator I was able to get it working just fine. Without running the program as an administrator, the game would not even launch the Launch Screen. However just right now the problem seems to have gotten worse and now it just crashed while in champion select with the same message.
