100% replicatable Viktor Hex Core bug

So i was recently playing Viktor in one of my games and i found an interesting bug. I had the level 2 hex core and i decided to upgrade to the perfect hex core , so naturally it gave me two upgrades. So i accidentally clicked on my W twice, and it actually upgraded my W two times. As you can see in the picture, in my inventory i have the perfect hex core , but above my champion it says i only have the level 3 . This is pretty weird, and it's quite a problem considering you can't sell the hex core. You still get the AP and the mana for the perfect hex core , but you don't get the upgrades on your chaos storm and your other respective abilities. I've tried it multiple times, and it's super easy to replicate.
