[GAMEPLAY] Singed Flips and Ezreal R still Rips

I played Singed earlier in a bot game and twice in the match as Ezreal began to channel his R I flipped him to interrupt/make him cast behind so I don't die and both times he completed cast and the R was released in front of me. I don't know if this was intended to happen where Ezreal: A)Completes his R cast uninterrupted B)On completion it actually casts as if he was still in front of me and not behind me as, if the spell was intended to still be completed and actually be launched from. This happened in the most recent matched I played so again I don't know if that was the way the spell was suppose to work just thought I would give a heads up that this happens.
