Crash Right after Champion Select

The game crashes right after champion select and gives me the bug splat error. I get to the champion select, I am able to choose a champion and right before it gets to the loading screen the crash occurs. I try to reconnect and the same thing happens. I am unable to get to the loading screen. this has happened 3-4 times now.
