Champion Select Rune Lockout

So I was in Champ Select and I was trying to create an entirely new rune page. Then when I deleted a page to scrap it, I was locked out of the rune page. If I clicked on the edit button, only a small section of the popup would load. I could only close and reopen the rune page, and select another one. Kinda mad I had to dodge and get a leaver timer...
