After trying to login to league with my account the client opens, loads to about halfway, then closes with no error message or bugsplat screen. I am able to login to league website using this account. I am also able to open the client with other accounts. The account that I cannot login with has been converted to a riot account (Im mentioning this because I saw it as potential solutions to other posts). What can I do to be able to login with this account? Thanks
Getting the same thing - so is my friend. I'm able to log into my other account which I've had for over a year. But can't log into my main account which I've had for at least 5 years
Same thing is happening to me and three other people I know. Haven't been able to fix it and no help from support tickets. I made a new account and that account can log in fine, but none of the old ones work.

Same here. I can log in with a new account, so I know it isn't a problem with my computer or internet. I'm interested if anyone has a fix. I also updated my riot account, which didn't help. Support ticket response suggested "firewalls" as the problem, which I had already messed with, but also "firewalls" wouldn't explain why a new account works and my old one doesn't. I've been playing since 2012ish, and the other people I know that are affected have older accounts than me. I wonder if it's something with old accounts, since the new one works. I really don't want to lose my old account or be stuck with my dumb new name (I was making it fast and didn't think it through).
I have this as well, saddest thing im getting decay soon and -250 LP cause i cant even connect to play, and i bet they wont even give me my LP back..
Any updates on this? I'm still getting the same thing a week later.
Well, it's been 11 days and Riot just keeps telling me to wait for a fix. It seems like they can't figure out what the problem is and are just waiting for a random patch to fix it.
Five people I know are also unable to log in now, including one that still could log in seven days ago.
So, is it time to give up on League and find a new game?
