Unable to load the game

I just bought a new ROG Strix for grad school. However, my first game of league will not work. It wanted to create a dump file. I delete mcaFree as suggested but still does not work. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried opening it in adminastrator mode?

So I tried running it in Administrator mode and force exit league 30 minutes ago. Apparently, I am still in a game. I created a custom game with no bots before so now my character is forever stuck in a game with no one >.< https://puu.sh/B9XK2/f3094b8a42.png
