Masteries Error

I queued up for my first ranked game of the season and during champ select, made a mastery page to use for the game. An in-client box popped up that said something about "the error message being sent", but my mastery page saved just fine. I proceeded to play the game and for some reason,(I assumed I was too late saving it) had absolutely no masteries equipped during gameplay. I brushed off the unfortunate first loss of my placement series and continued in to my next game. This time I got no warning about an error. I changed my mastery page to the one I wanted to use, double checked that I had my runes and masteries selected, and entered my next game. About five minutes in, I realized that I had no keystone once again and got extremely discouraged with the game, which factored in to another loss to start off the season. I'm scared to play another game and ruin my record even more, but honestly I'm really only concerned with the previous losses I feel like I have been cheated in to. I realize there are more factors to a game than just that; so there is probably nothing that can be done. This is all really discouraging and I wish there was some way I could get loss prevented for this, or at least a little insight on what happened. Also, I have no clue what files I would need to attach to help solve this issue. I didn't get a screenshot because I was ignorant to the problem at the time of it.
