Negative ip

i just bought veigar when i had 3500 ip. His price was said to be 1350 ip however when i bought him i was left with minus 1000 ip. Can someone pls help me to get my ip back as i have uninstalled, and re installed, i tried everything but im still negative ip.

go to riot support dont post onto te forums they are really good about support so just send in a ticket
