IP bug [CLIENT]

I have a probleme whit the IP on my client. The client shows me i have 6352 IP but I can't buy anything worth 3600. ( I'm trying to buy Rakan) I tryed to restart the client and then my IP shows 3652 for 1 sec and after it shows 3221 IP. This ends when I start a game (custom or not but I still need to end the game ) it shows me the 3652 IP. I know this is only a ~100 IP difference but it kinda bother me cause to know if I can buy Rakan I need to restart the client.
