[GAMEPLAY] Unable to see Neeko's items, CS or K/D/A on scoreboard

Neeko remained "lv1" on the scoreboard and permanently appered as Lucian on the minimap

• unable to see Neeko's items making it hard to tell if you can fight her (even if you click on her)
• unable to see her kills, deaths or assists
• unable to see her level on the scoreboard unless you ping it (then it shows correct level)
• unable to see her CS to see if you are winning lane etc.

Please fix this ruins laning phase
