[CLIENT] I got banned and put in a low priority queue for a strange reason

I was starting to load a ranked game of League (which took longer then usual to load), when suddenly it threw me out of the loading screen straight onto the title screen which said that I'm banned for the next 5 games, and that I will be put in a low priority queue. After I tried to exit the message, I have noticed that the game lasted 3 minutes, and that I was afk for that short period of time. Before I tried to click away, my launcher crashed and said that it had to updated. After a quick update, I've noticed that the ban was still on. I am asking for this ban to be removed as none of it was mine or my computers processing fault.
