Maestro client not connecting and pbe crash?

I was having trouble with my regular client saying that there was an unexpected error when it got to about 50% of the installation so i figured id just reinstall it to fix that. http://prnt.sc/ajhd1b

Unfortunately now whenever i start up the client it says error connecting to the maestro and to restart the client. that does nothing though. http://prnt.sc/ajhd8b

so i decided to play on pbe. then in the middle of my game it does this. http://prnt.sc/ajhdy9

What the heck is going on?
