[GAMEPLAY] warwick Q hitting twice

Was watching trick2g stream his subwar games, and this happened. The damage looked pretty extreme--over 350 at level 7 with only a tiamat, so I took a clip of the stream to look at it more closely. You can see the damage hit twice, the bite animation begin twice, and the tiamat proc appear twice. The clip is short and includes the few seconds leading up to the bug. From the looks of the small black-line circle surrounding the kayn as warwick presses q, he double tapped the ability as it was going thru, which may have caused the issue. I also saw scarra tweet about a similar issue some time back, and have seen other people post videos and comments about the issue in other places as well.
