The background of a champion won't work.

Whenever I go to my profile and click on the settings to change the background (found in the top right corner) it doesn't show any of my champions. I clicked to restore to default, and it worked. When I tried again, it still doesn't show any of my champions that I can change my background to. If you can help me with this i would highly appreciate it.
