Cant change form as Kayn

Heya, just bought Kayne an hour ago, and i played custom game with my sister. All gone normally as usual. then i started a normal game. I had 5 kills so i could change my form. I was back to the fountain. and here is the problem. I couldnt change my form. i had this animation of "2 kayn's" and one half was red, and the other - blue. I was spamming the blue one, and nothing happened, same with red one. then i left the game 'cause i though it was just a bug. After i reconected, i dont even have this animation. Just normal icon. Please help
