J4 can dash through veig stun

i have been playing veig a lot lately and have noticed that his stun does not stop all dashes. mainly the j4s that have been wrecking me by dashing through both walls of my stun circle and knocking me up....

and J4 can use his Q E to go over walls as well. if he walks up to your lil cage of death as i call it he will get stunned. but he can E Q combo "over" it

Ezreal can dash/blink through it as well

Any video evidence. I've seen it happen, but I'm unsure of the difference of scenarios and different mechanics that can go through it.
