LOL CLIENT CRASHING (AND CAUSING ME TO INCUR PENALTIES)

I have 3 kids in my household. I also play this title as an older adult. We play with all sorts of people from around the united states. Some we know personally, others we meet in the game itself.

• And everyone, I mean everyone, has regular crashes. We'll be in the champ select screen and we'll get booted because someone couldn't select a champion.
• The game will hang on the load screen and we'll be out of game unbeknownst.
• The client crashes more regularly I've noticed when surfing YouTube or anywhere on the internet during champion select.

This has been a consistent issue for many months now. It doesn't just happen to me. I have 3 kids in the house and it happens the same to all of them. Its not an internet issue, as I've checked that, and I have very good internet. The issue is also consistent amongst people all over the country we play with.

With the Billions of dollars this company makes; and with the loads of cash I've paid into this game, MORE THAN ANY GAME EVER; I expect much better functionality and service. Thus far, I have only been penalized. Currently I am waiting out another 6 minutes time delay because the game crashed while in champion select.

FIX THE CRASHING! I'M TIRED OF IT ALREADY!
