My account got banned for botting?!

I saw that this has happened to a lot of people, something about Riot's new antihack system or something.

BTW, this is my EU Nordic and East account.

In my case they banned my account today, I'm an on and off player where I have periods not touching the game for months. I've had the account for like 10 years now when my bigger brother showed me the game. The account is like level 60 or something so this makes no sense.

I play only through my pc so should be only through one IP address that Riot should easily check on their end. I have never used any 3rd party software or anything.

I hope this is only an error, because it's absolutely not fair of banning my account. I've emailed Riot through the support link they sent me and waiting for a reply.

Do you guys know anything else that I can do?
