[GAMEPLAY] Twitch Ult cant AA inhibitors

Title say it all. When Twitch ults he can no longer AA inhibitors, also IDK if this is supposed to happen but I feel like sometimes he misses autoattacks when he ults vs champions if they move. Why would anyone even want to ult if theres a chance their AA doesnt hit enemy champ and cant take inhibs? Fix Twitch please.
