Can't Lock In [New Client]

I'm not entirely sure how well known this bug is but I just encountered it for the first time. I was in a 3 man queue for normal draft and had the last pick before the game started. I was able to ban however when it came to my turn to pick/lock in a champ it flashed my champ (Gnar) for a second and then went back to the previous pick on the enemy team as if she hadn't locked in Diana yet. It even said "Summoner 5 is Picking" at the top of the screen. Not only did my 3 queue get dc'ed and given a leaver buster JUST before the game started but the other 2 in the 3 queue managed to get Rakan and Xayah unfortunately they never got to play them. The only reason I think this bug occurs is when someone locks in so quickly after the previous pick that the new client doesn't have time to react and the pick doesn't show. (The only reason I know this happened is because I was given a leaver buster and on my friend's screens it was my turn to pick just not on mine.)
