Champion Select Bug

So today I got a bug that angered me A LOT and got me kicked out of my promos. So I queue up for a ranked game and I get into champion select, 2 bans go through and after that, nobody can ban anything. The game just sits there frozen. So after a total of 2 bans were selected, we get into the champion selection phase during which I can only select a few champions- I couldn't select anything. I get kicked for "FAILING TO SLECT A CHAMPION" and knocked out of my promos. This is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING and is not the first time something like this has happened.
